The firm defends its clients before national courts (civil, criminal, labour courts, etc.) throughout France and before arbitration courts.

The firm also advises its clients at the risk prevention and pre-litigation stage (conciliation, settlement), provides regular information and organises training sessions.

Priority is given to an upstream analysis of the cases in order to study the opportunity of a transactional outcome, or to determine with the client a litigation strategy in line with its requirements and the financial stakes of the dispute.

The firm works in French, Italian, Spanish and English and assists international clients.
